Where is the processed data view located?

Click Processed data from the design navigation panel.

The processed data view is an automatically generated list view that collects information from each data type and how it is processed inside the design’s data flow map.

List columns

Click a number to view related objects.

• Data type is the identified data that is processed in this design.
• Category is the grouping mechanism for the different data types.
• Data subject categories are the data subjects whose personal data is processed in the design.
• Sources are all the different collection points of that specific data type.
• Processing objects lists all the objects which are processing the data type.
• Transfers to 3rd countries lists all identified transfers outside the European Union.

Tip

The processed data overview from all designs is located under the asset management drop-down, which additionally displays the designs, purposes of processing, and longest retention time for each data type.
